Messy Church – the writing is on the wall…

February 23rd, 2019 · Comments Off on Messy Church – the writing is on the wall…

At Messy Church today, 23rd February 2019, we heard the adventurous stories of Daniel and his friends and enjoyed crafts, singing, storytelling, worship and eating together. This picture shows our graffiti wall inspired by the story of the Great Feast when the words ‘Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin” mysteriously appeared – but Daniel was able to interpret these and so gave a warning to the King that God was not pleased with him.

Messy Church next gathers on Saturday 30th March 2019 and then again on Saturday 27th April 2019 from 10:30am-12:30pm at Helensburgh United Reformed Church on West Princes Street. We then take a break until Saturday 28th September 2019.
